Our psychosocial recovery coaching helps adults, adolescents, and seniors living with psychosocial disability (including trauma, substance use, and mental health challenges).

Sessions are 1 hour, usually fortnightly, and NDIS-funded. We focus on your strengths, goals, and self-determination, ensuring you feel heard and supported every step of the way.

Join our small group or mobile workshops for creative exploration, relaxation, and empowerment. Sessions are available in Beenleigh on Wednesdays and mobile across Brisbane and Ipswich on Fridays.

All workshops use a trauma-informed approach and are open to adults and young people.

X Factor Abilities brings creativity directly to you with our Mobile Craft and Art Workshop service, designed to inspire and engage individuals and participants in aged care facilities, schools, and workplaces.

We offer individualised School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and employment assistance, tailored to your interests, strengths, and goals.

Our service includes help with training, job readiness, and overcoming barriers like transport or anxiety. SLES and Employment Support sessions are delivered in 3-hour blocks giving us the opportunity to work on strategies and achieve goals, If you have chosen support people you would like included, that is great, the more supports included, the better potential outcomes are waiting for you.
